This past Thursday, the Fallbrook Rotary Club hosted a heartfelt gathering at the Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens, where the spotlight was placed on the incredible achievements of two exemplary students from Potter Junior High—Rae Rannells and Angel Ibarra.
